Lessons & Classes
We offer group classes, private lessons, small group lessons (2-4) and supervised sparring sessions. All levels are welcome! We love beginners, so don't be shy. Expect a good cardio workout with some elements of strength training and bag work.

Work 1-on-1 (or bring a partner or up to 3 friends for a small group session) with one of the best boxing trainers in central Texas.
They will tailor the lessons to meet your goals & interests and will show you how to generate incredible speed and punching power.
Sparring

If and when you're ready to put your training to the test, learn to fight and spar in a safe place under the supervision of seasoned professionals.
Open Gym
Monday - Saturday
Our gym is open to our members anytime we don't have classes (during business hours). All gear & equipment is available for you to move at your own pace. Practice makes perfect!
